Capacity

With an overall floor space of 440 square metres and maximum seating capacity of 418 the Annamaria and Marco Gerra Auditorium can be divided into two halls seating 209 people.
The two halls function independently with independent technical support, and can therefore be used together at the same time.
Both halls are equipped for simultaneous translation.
The auditorium seating is stepped, with rows looking down toward the central conference table and podium.
Seats are equipped with foldaway tables for note taking.
The space can be divided into two halls, with separate sound and visuals technology, and independent entrances.

The auditorium is accessible for people with disabilities, and has its own dedicated reception area, non-attended cloakrooms, personal lockers with numbered keys, and separate rest rooms.
The room is air conditioned, and equipped with smooth-dimming lights for variations in light intensity.
The Auditorium was named after Reggio Emilia artist Marco Gerra and his wife Annamaria.

Other halls

Kuwait Hall
The Kuwait Hall, with a maximum capacity of 80 seats, is the ideal solution for small conferences managed independently.
It is equipped with a video projector, speakers' table with four microphones, autonomous mixer with two radio microphones, Internet Wi-Fi.
Located in the liberty villa of the structure, it guarantees privacy and comfort for small work groups.
The adjacent gallery space can be used for a coffee break, light lunch or cocktail, but also for organizing work tables or for registering guests.
All the technical equipment of the Kuwait Hall can be managed independently by the speakers, but there is always the possibility of receiving technical support.
It is always possible to customize the proposal according to requests, for example, for video, audio, video conferencing and streaming.

Gallery
The Gallery is an extremely versatile environment, with large spaces available, two projectors, independent entrances and Wi-Fi coverage.
The proximity to the Kuwait Hall, the Bookshop and the services make it particularly suitable for hosting coffee breaks, cocktails or light lunches, or to be used as a space for welcoming and registering guests.
Usually the Gallery also welcomes more informal events, such as company parties and dinners, birthdays, cocktail parties with music, dinner and refreshments.
The environment is suitable for customizations and subdivisions into dedicated areas (for example cocktail bar, buffet, chill-out area, photo set), and the independent entrance gives guests privacy and tranquility.

Piazza
The Piazza is the main entrance to the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre, its visiting card.
It houses the Pause Cafeteria, the reception and, upstairs, the Pause-Atelier dei Sapori restaurant.
It is a functional and equipped place for business and at the same time a pleasant location for informal events.
Equipped with Wi-Fi network, the Piazza may be used for the reception and recording of conferences, or to host coffee breaks, lunches and cocktails.
Another function is linked to the exhibition area, with the possibility of placing commercial stands of companies or other promotional spaces.
Thanks to the presence of the café and the Pause restaurant, the Piazza is also perfect for corporate dinners, birthdays, graduation parties and weddings.
It is a location suitable for formal events, with set tables and served dinner, but also for more informal situations with buffets, cocktails, music and dances.
