The way to Oz

Two months of events waiting for the exhibition "Caleidoscopic. The illustrated world by Olimpia Zagnoli".

December 9, 2020 - February 9, 2021

Tour, divided into sections both physical and digital, in search of the colourful universe of the artist and illustrator Olimpia Zagnoli (Reggio Emilia, 1984).

Download here, print and colour the drawing that will become the exhibition poster.

A little special gift for children and adults: a black-and-white drawing to be coloured, made by Olimpia Zagnoli, and selected, in its coloured version, as exhibition poster.

Trio with liveliness

Walk and discover three sculptures in dialogue with the town.

Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 2.30 a.m.: inauguration of three new metal sculptures designed by Olimpia Zagnoli for the exhibition and made by a local artisan. They are 3 big-size human figures, each about 2.5 m high, that will be placed in the following locations: the San Pietro Cloisters, Palazzo Magnani and Polveriera.

Turn and admire

Make your kaleidoscope according to Olimpia Zagnoli's instructions.

Workshop at home for children aged 7-10 to learn and build a kaleidoscope together with Olimpia Zagnoli, virtually entering her colourful Milan-based studio.

From December 29 here and on Facebook and Instagram pages of the Fondazione Palazzo Magnani.
