Completely restored and placed in a large roundabout along Viale Trattati di Roma, near Calatrava's Bridges and Mediopadana AV High-Speed Railway Station, the sculpture is an example of the talent of Franco Reggiani (Reggio Emilia, 1926-1991), worldwide-famous artist and designer.
