How to get there

Exit Reggio Emilia A1 motorway on the left, take the ring road to Bagnolo in Piano/Novellara, Locality Pieve Rossa, 100 metres past the sign of Pieve Rossa, turn left to via Fornaci: past 40 metres turn left in the direction of Via Lazzaretti, 3.

Historical notes

The Salsapariglia Collection is a great opportunity to see from life motorcycles, bicycles, tractors and motors, radios and gramophones, dated from the end of 1800 to the end of 1900, that is to say to experience all the human's inventions during 100 years.

In addition to the motorcycles, here are to be seen:
- 100 Phonographs and Gramophones from 1850
- Agricultural motors manufactured in the province of Reggio Emilia from 1914
- Other motors, also from abroad, dating back to the early decades of 1900
- The series of Lesa tractors manufactured by Salsapariglia in the 50s/60s in Reggio Emilia
- Bicycles of 1870
- Weapons from 1850 to the early XX century

The building is new and on three floors: lift and facilities for disabled are available. To visit the collection audio-video guides in italian or english are provided.
